The Need:
For many job seekers, the gap between “ready to work” and “actually working” is filled with red tape, rejections, and time they cannot afford. Low-income individuals, returning citizens, and those with limited networks often face weeks or months of delays in securing employment—despite their readiness and motivation.
What We’re Doing:
A&A Workforce connects job seekers with available positions in as little as 48–72 hours. We partner with over 300 employers across the country to match people to jobs that align with their skills, availability, and long-term goals. We offer hands-on support during onboarding and remain involved after placement.
Impact So Far:
Since 2009, we’ve placed over 25,000 individuals in jobs across all 50 states. Many start earning a paycheck within a week of connecting with us.
