For job seekers living on the edge, an unexpected bill a utility shutoff, a rent shortfall, a car breakdown—can derail everything. These crises can make it impossible to attend interviews or maintain employment.
What We’re Doing:
We provide rapid response microgrants to cover emergency expenses and keep job seekers stable and on track. Funds are deployed quickly, with compassion and no red tape.
Impact So Far:
Over 600 individuals have received emergency assistance since the fund launched. This support has prevented job loss, homelessness, and utility shutoffs for vulnerable families.
What Continued Support Will Do:
Every dollar helps someone stay employed or avoid a crisis. Scaling this fund allows us to act faster and serve more people with urgent needs.
