The Need:
Parents, particularly single mothers, are often forced to turn down job opportunities simply because they lack access to reliable, affordable childcare. Without it, work becomes impossible—even if the job is secured.
What We’re Doing:
We provide direct childcare stipends, partner with vetted providers, and help parents access care options that fit their schedule and location. We also advocate for employer flexibility and family-friendly policies.
Impact So Far:
Over 400 families have received childcare assistance through our program. Parents report increased job stability and the ability to work consistent hours.
What Continued Support Will Do:
Additional funding allows us to serve more families, expand our provider network, and support parents from interview to employment—all while building a stronger foundation for their children.
