Since 2009, we’ve connected thousands of job seekers to the support they need to move from survival to stability. As a volunteer, you’ll join a community dedicated to breaking down barriers to employment and building stronger, more equitable communities one person at a time.

Why Volunteer With Us?

Many of our clients are navigating complex and often overwhelming challenges unemployment, lack of experience, limited transportation, unstable housing, or reentry after incarceration. These barriers can make finding and keeping a job feel impossible without the right support. As a volunteer with A&A Workforce, you become part of a transformative process. You help someone feel seen, valued, and capable. Your presence whether through mentorship, coaching, or a kind word can be the turning point that restores someone’s confidence and motivation.

Volunteer Opportunities

There are many ways to make an impact with A&A Workforce. You can mentor a job seeker one-on-one, assist with workshops focused on resumes, interviews, or digital skills, or help collect and distribute essential items like clothing and work gear. Prefer behind-the-scenes support? We also welcome volunteers for administrative tasks and event coordination. Corporate and community groups are encouraged to join us for day-of-service projects that make a lasting difference. No matter how you choose to serve, your time helps someone move closer to stability and success.

How to Get Started

Getting involved with A&A Workforce is easy, and we’ll be with you every step of the way. Start by filling out our volunteer interest form it only takes a few minutes. Once we receive it, our team will reach out to schedule a short orientation where you’ll learn more about our mission, the impact of our programs, and the different ways you can get involved. After that, we’ll help match you with a volunteer role that fits your skills, interests, and availability. Whether you have just a few hours a month or want to engage more regularly, we’ll make sure you’re supported and prepared to make a meaningful difference.
